1): Your Full Set of Custom Drawings

Your cabin design is where the whole project takes shape, and we guide you through every step. You don’t have to know exactly what you want—most folks don’t. You just need a sense of the vibe you’re going for, and we help turn that into an actual buildable plan.

2): Geo-Technical Engineer Survey

(One of the most important steps that most builders skip)

This is the step almost no one talks about, and skipping it is the fastest way to end up with major problems later.

We bring a licensed geotechnical engineer to your property to analyze:

  • the type of soil on your land

  • load-bearing capacity

  • rock depth

  • slope factors

  • and what kind of foundation your cabin will require

Without this information, most builders just guess and hope for the best. That guess can cost you tens of thousands later when footers fail, foundation changes are needed, or a structure settles in ways it wasn’t designed for.

With us, you’ll receive a copy of the full geotechnical report as part of your Bid Package. That alone is worth the entire $2,500.

3): Full Hard Construction Costs Analysis

Once the drawings and geotechnical data are complete, we use our proprietary system to build out the most accurate construction cost estimate possible without fully invoicing the project.

This includes:

  • the hard construction costs on your build (what it would cost us if we were building for ourselves)

  • all materials and labor

  • site work

  • foundation requirements

  • and your full project management cost

This gives you a real, transparent understanding of what your build will take financially—not a ballpark guess.
