Start the Bid/Build Process for your AirBnb Cabin Design. This is where it gets fun. We begin to build out your full bid package and deliverables (only a $2,500 fee – a steal for the value you get).
1. Full Set of Drawings: We will help you decide between the benefits of a modern A-frame, log cabin, monoslope, shipping container or any design your heart can dream of. You’ll work with our team and draftsman to develop drawings of your dream investment property at the Red River Gorge so we can have an accurate drawing to bid your project off of.
2. Geo-Technical Engineer Survey: This step is VITAL to ensuring you know exactly what it’s going to take to build on your land.
