This part is non-negotiable in the Gorge. We bring out a geotech engineer to give you exact soil and foundation requirements. Other builders skip this and “guess,” which is how budgets explode. You get a full copy of the report as part of your bid package.Hard Construction Cost Analysis
Using our proprietary system, we’ll build out a near-final cost breakdown. You’ll know the true numbers: what we’d spend if we built it for ourselves, plus the management fee. Even if you don’t hire us, this doc is gold for comparing bids and spotting hidden exclusions.
Secure Financing
Once the numbers line up, you finalize the loan. Expect up to 30 days for closing. We can walk you through the process and connect you with financing options that consistently work for STR builds.
